The outline and much of the flow of this lesson is dictated by the format of "Philosophy for Dummies" IDG Books (see bibliography below). 

 

1.      What are Apologetics?  What is Philosophy?    A primer in thought and thinking.

 

2.     How do we know anything?   Man thoughts vs. God's view.

 

3.        What is Good?  Happiness, Excellence, Ethics and Morals.

 

4.       Are we ever really free?  Fate Destiny and You.

 

5.       What makes you - YOU? Are you a Soul Man?

 

6.        What's the Deal with Death?  From fear of the void to the presence of God.

 

7.        Is there a God?   What the world thinks- how do we know Him?

 

8.    The meaning of life.  Pascal's Wager and a Trip from Wall Street to the Streets.
